About this site

This site presents Kai's yoga, breathwork and sound healing sessions, online and in Pai, run by Kai (Pai Yoga Shala) in Pai, Thailand. By using it you accept these terms.

Bookings and payments

• A session, package or retreat is booked once we confirm it with you in writing or you complete payment.
• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
• Rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms for your booking are confirmed in writing when you book.

Your health

Yoga, breathwork and sound healing are physical practices. Sessions support general wellbeing and are not medical advice or treatment. Check with your doctor before starting if you have any health condition, injury or pregnancy, tell your teacher about it, and work within your own limits.

Coaching is not therapy. If you are in crisis, please contact a medical professional or local emergency services.

Text, photos and videos on this site belong to Kai. Please don't reuse them without permission. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability and law

We keep this site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is always error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
